Wir sind aktives Mitglied des Vereins Ausbildung im Verbund pro regio e.V. und unterstützen damit die Nachwuchsgewinnung und Berufsorientierung in der Region Hannover. Gemeinsam mit über 50 anderen Unternehmen und Kommunen vernetzen wir uns untereinander, mit Schulen und weiteren Partnern. Durch unsere Mitgliedschaft fördern wir lokale Projekte mit Schulen in Kommunen und ermöglichen z.B. Projekte für eine klischeefreie Berufsorientierung und mehr Chancengerechtigkeit.
